Opening and title work

• Send us the contract and we open the file the same business day, with a named escrow officer as your point of contact.
• We deliver the title commitment promptly and flag any curative items early so they don't derail your close.

Closing coordination & documents

• We balance with your closing instructions and CD, and coordinate signing (including remote online notarization where eligible).
• Signed packages are returned quickly and securely, with funding conditions confirmed before disbursement.
